  • How long will it take to receive my magazine?

    Magazines typically take 4 to 5 weeks to produce and deliver. Production may take longer due to delays in shipping or other unforeseen circumstances.

    For example, if you purchase at the start of a monthly drop, your magazine may not arrive until the following month.

  • Who writes the magazines?

    Every magazine is written and curated by founder Zoe Malliaris, an award-winning journalist with a Bachelor of Media and Communications (Journalism). This ensures high quality and limits the number of orders accepted.

  • How do I receive the Q&A?

    The Q&A will be sent to the email address you provide at purchase. Please check both your inbox and junk/spam folder.

  • What is the checklist for?

    The checklist helps you prepare all the information and images needed to complete the Q&A within 72 hours, ensuring your magazine can be produced smoothly and on time.

  • What happens if I don’t complete the Q&A in 72 hours?

    If the Q&A isn’t submitted within 72 hours, your magazine may be moved to the next month’s production batch.

  • What images do I submit?

    Yourz Truly recommend high-quality images for the best print results. Yourz Truly are not responsible for blurry or low-resolution photos if they are submitted.

  • Can I request edits after my magazine is submitted?

    No. Due to the personalised nature of each magazine, all sales are final once the Q&A is submitted and production has begun.

  • Will my magazine be shared publicly?

    Your privacy is respected. We may share your magazine on social media with your permission, but we will not post anything publicly without your consent.

  • Can I track my delivery?

    Yes! A tracking link will be provided once your magazine has been posted.

  • Why does it take a few weeks to get my magazine?

    Each magazine is professionally written and curated by a single journalist, so production takes time to ensure every detail is perfect.

  • How do I order?

    Orders are accepted through limited monthly drops. Once the monthly allocation is full, no additional orders are accepted until the first of the following month.

  • Cancellations & Refunds

    Cancellations and refunds are unavailable once the Q&A is submitted and production has begun due to the personalised nature of the magazine.

  • What is the magazine designed for?

    The magazines are keepsakes and are meant to be read and viewed like a magazine. The ‘Gift It’ series is designed to be given as a gift to someone celebrating a milestone.
