Production Time

• I understand my magazine will take approximately 4–5 weeks to be completed and received. Production may take longer due to postage delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Checklist & Q&A Completion

• I confirm that I have reviewed the designated checklist to ensure I can complete the Q&A within 72 hours of purchase.

Submission Requirements

• I acknowledge that I have all the information and images required to complete the Q&A. If I fail to submit the Q&A within 72 hours, I understand my magazine may be delayed and included in the next month’s production, and may not be received for up to 8 weeks.

Image Quality

• I understand that all images submitted must be high quality. Yourz Truly holds no responsibility for images that are low resolution, blurry, or otherwise poorly printed due to resolution issues.

Customisation & Content

• I acknowledge that founder Zoe Malliaris writes and completes every magazine, which limits available space and makes production times longer. Yourz Truly is committed to professionally written and curated magazines; I understand this is not a quick-turnaround service.

Responsibility & Accuracy

• I confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Yourz Truly is not responsible for errors or omissions in the magazine resulting from incorrect or incomplete information I submitted.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the personalised nature of the magazine, all sales are final. Refunds or cancellations cannot be issued once the Q&A is submitted and production has begun.

Delivery & Postage

• I understand delivery times may vary depending on postal services and external factors beyond Yourz Truly’s control.
